This Level 3 Qualification is included in the Domestic Electrical Installation course for learners who wish to obtain an understanding of the Building Regulations and Approved Documents, (including Part ‘P’), which are applicable to Electrical Installations in Dwellings.

Learners will require a copy of the IET ‘Electrician’s Guide to the Building Regulations’.

The Qualification will be achieved on successful completion of the ‘open book’, 40 minute on-screen exam consisting of 20 questions.

The course is usually completed during the Domestic Electrical Installation course,  One day a week for twelve weeks, 9am – 2.30pm  or Two evenings a week for twelve weeks, 6pm – 8.30pm
